SHOP POLICIES and OTHER MUMBO JUMBO


If you like what you see and you decide to purchase something, you might want to see below for some of my shop policies. I want my customers to be 100% satisfied and, therefore, I guarantee all of my products. If something unforseen happens within a year of your purchase, (e.g., your earring snags on your sweater and separates the components or a crazy clown rips up your awesome Big-Headed Man print), send me an email describing the issue, then send the item back and I'll fix it or replace it free of charge! Thanks for visiting!

Payment
My preferred method of payment is through PayPal, which is easily achieved by clicking the "Buy Now" button located at the top of each item page.  Clicking this button will take you to the PayPal site.  Please be aware, you don't need a PayPal account to purchase in this manner.  If you prefer to use a credit card without using a PayPal account, scroll to the "Don't have a PayPal account?  Use your credit card or bank account" area near the lower left of the screen and follow the "Continue" link to pay using the option you specify.   I'll also accept checks if the previous payment method isn't acceptable for you. Please be aware, however, that I'll need to wait for the check to clear before sending the item. It usually doesn't take too long, but it will probably add two to three days to your wait time.
 

Shipping
I generally ship USPS First Class. If my shipping rate is lower, your shipping rate is lower. If I'm shipping internationally, I send USPS Priority. Whatever I charge in shipping is usually below what I'm being charged. Gas prices have really raised the shipping rates. So, I promise you, I'm not making out on shipping, even if it seems high. It also depends on the size of your item, of course. Jewelry is obviously less expensive than a sculpture.
 

Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be 100 percent happy. If you have a problem with your purchase or wish to exchange it for something else, we can always work something out, within reason, of course ;-)
